WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Savvy hairdressing is located on the Southwest Highway opposite the Waroona 4 x 4 and Home Timber and Hardware.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Bookings can be made with our online booking system or by telephone. If you’re not sure what you would like please book the closest service. Service prices are a guide and the girls with quote you before the service is started. Savvy Hairdressing reserves the right to update any prices at any time.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT?

Changes and cancellations can be made online up until 48 hours before your appointment time. You can call and if we don’t answer or are on the phone please leave a voicemail to change or cancel or text the salon mobile. You can also email Savvy Hairdressing here

-A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken on all online bookings. Your deposit can be held for your next booking when giving over 48 hours notice, you must rebook your next appointment if you’d like to keep your deposit.

-You will loose your deposit if you change, reschedule or cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice.

-Cancellations On the day of your appointment will be charged 50% unless we are able to fill your appointment.  Please be considerate of our stylists and other clients wanting an appointment when booking your appointment.

-We have a strict No Show Policy and you will be invoiced 100% of your bill if you do not turn up to your appointment

 

WHATS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY?

We provide a professional service with respect for our clients and our staff if you are rude or mistreat a client or staff member we will not tolerate any disrespectful behaviour and have no problem refusing your business.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking is available outside the salon on the street. You can park where you like as it is council property not the other businesses property.

GIFT VOUCHERS?

Gift vouchers can be purchased and are valid for 6 months and are only redeemable on services unless otherwise noted on the voucher.

They can be purchased in store, over the phone and emailed out.

CAN I GIVE YOU FEEDBACK AFTER MY SERVICE?

We love feedback! We are passionate about delivering a professional service and looking after you. If you have had a good experience let us know and we will pass this onto our team and celebrate. If you haven’t had a good experience please let us know too so that we can take steps to address the issue and resolve it. You’re opinion matters to us. But the customer is not always right so if you are rude or disrespectful on the phone you may not get what you were after.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds on hair services but we are happy to redo and fix any mistakes free of charge if there is something not quite to your liking regarding your hair. This is never an uncomfortable experience and we prefer to fix it for you and make you 100% happy your new doo Our redo policy is that you must be able to come back in within 7 days of your appointment if left longer there may be a service charge.
